I am a  Teacher of a Workshop called “Spirit Journey”. I have a dream that everyone will see their Love and Beauty within and and then see the Love and Beauty in others. People can then begin to live in Peace and Harmony. In the workshop people learn the tools how to incorporate this into their lives.
I have been trained by Elders who have passed down the knowlege that has been around for centuries on how to Enlighten our spiritual selves. How to commune with the stars and heavens. I have been taught by Lakota and Sioux Elders how to perform Sweat Lodges and Pipe Ceremonies. Learning how to connect with Great Spirit and Mother Nature. I have been taught shamanic drumming to help awaken the spirit within. I recieved Shaktipat from Swami Muktananda, awakening me to the power of Kundalini. I Have been trained in Tai Chi to help the chi flow through my body. I use all these trainings to help others to awaken themselves.

I have Petted dolphins, been kissed by a see lion, swam through a school of jellyfish(didn't get stung), swam with sea turtles, been blessed by horses, seen breaching of whales, been fluttered by hummingbirds.Had a pair of Bald Eagles fly over my head.

 My mentor was Alexander Everett. I studied with John Two Birds, Ghostwolf, the Quinn Family. And I have been blessed by many others.

I know that world peace can happen and we can live in peace and harmony with the planet. I know that all I've been taught by others can help this to happen

I am a psychic and a healer. I live by music and the arts. I am a drummer percussionist, guitarist, pianist, I play the native american flute and I sing. I also write. I paint in oils, pastels and watercolors. The Arts are the songs of our souls.

I love nature, plants animals the cosmos. I learn all that I need from nature. I love to watch the trees release their gases into the air. I love to smell flowers, I believe their beauty is there to remind us of our beauty. We need to release our essence the same as the flowers. I place myself in a scene from nature in my meditations.

Let Love Flow Through My Life So That I May Be a Light To The World.

My Spirit is like a Gentle breeze, Lightly touching all without disturbing thier space, bringing comfort on a summers day!

Ok, sometimes I'm more like a turbulent wind with no direction forgetting where i've been and not knowing where I'm going.

I comprehend and incorporate into my life- Honor, Humility and Sacrifice so that I can Comprehend Compassion!
